Officially founded in Geneva in 2018, Association Détresse Animal (ADA) is a non-profit organization that follows article 60 from the swiss civil code. It is made of animal lovers and the main goal is to save animals by welcoming them in a safe and loving environment.
In the Murcia community in Spain, ADA is trying to create a shelter to save, heal and relocate the animals in a new and caring home.
For the sake o of transparency and trust, ADA undertakes to invest 90% of your donations to the animal cause and 10% in administrative costs.

In the Murcia community, there are many “death pounds” for animals, and the humane society is absent. ADA wants to create a rescue facility that would be comfortable for these abused animals.
We are currently looking for a lot of at least 2 hectares to set up our shelter. This property would host the necessary infrastructure to welcome cats and dogs.
We are in close contact with the Spanish authorities to receive the proper authorization to open our shelter.

Collect he animals.
Give them the first care.
Assess their social skills with a behaviour specialist.
Find new homes.
Stay beside animal at the end of their life.
Educate the next generation to animal protection.
Promote the animal life consciousness.
